2 year old miele g 6897 scvi xxl dishwasher just started giving 'open stopcock' error Checked water flow and inlet hose filter both fine Assumed inlet aquastop valve was faulty so bought one 2nd hand and replaced it but same issue occuring Tried all suggestions here but no luck https://www.miele.co.uk/support/customer-assistance/dishwashing-1236/all/water_inlet_faultplease_open_the_stopcock-92674617355 Therefore need a professional who knows what to check next and has done this before. The machine drum won’t spin. The water is entering and exiting in command of the buttons. The machine is making noises to try and spin it. The belt is tensioned correctly and intact. Tried spin cycle with clothes and without. The drum can be moved with no noise from the motor manually.

Rinnai gas heater is not connecting to the gas outlet. We haven't used it for years - it doesn't seem to connect to the outlet anymore. The heater is a Rinnai Titan MK II. Model is REH-151UCH 240V - 50Hz
