Our Samsung washing machine needs repairing. The main issue is that on 9/10 cycles it won’t drain. It gets stuck in the drain part of the cycle, partially draining before refilling with water and going through that process over and over. We have to switch the machine off at the wall, wait at least 40 minutes so it resets, before putting it on a ‘drain and spin’ cycle to get the water out. We also believe that it’s heating the water up too much. Even on a cold or 20 degree wash, the water feels hot. Perhaps the machine itself is overheating? On top of this, it recently came up with a message to check the water lines and cancelled the cycle halfway through.
