I'm trying to connect my washing machine's cold water hose to the laundry tap, but the standard hose coupling doesn't fit the tap outlet. I bought a Brasshards Reducing Bush (20x15mm, chrome plated) from Bunnings thinking it would help, and while it does thread on, it's now leaking at the connection.
