The water is leaking when I try to screw the hose heads of my washing machine into the plumbing and run it. I suspect the hose head (o ring?) may be damaged and need replacement.

We have purchased a new Miele dishwasher which needs to be installed. The kitchen does not currently have a dishwasher and things will need to be cut. Under the sink the pipe work and electrical has the provision for a dishwasher. We have also been advised that an extension hose is required.
