Need an electrician to removed hardwired oven and install 15 amp plug

I had an electrician here a few months back and since he was here it stopped working, maybe a coincidence I dont know. My oven has lost power. I reset the electric box switches and main power, tried manual override and there does not seem to be an isolation switch for the oven. I believe it is hard wired. I also need the ignition fixed for the Cooktop. (Gas works fine just doesn't ignite)

We have a nice oven. Not exactly sure about the make and model. A couple of years ago, we had a cleaner that unscrewed the door to give it a more thorough clean, but now when the door closes, it seems to not seal up 100% and heat escapes.So we're not really interested in the cleaning oven side of things. I'm more interested in realigning the door and perhaps putting a new seal.

Disconnect oven so i can move it out the way so the cleaner that is booked for monday next week can clean the oven and surrounds properly (it has been left in awful condition and the property manage is not making the previous tenants responsible for an adequate clean) Then i would need it to be reconnected in the next few weeks.

To make this a quick and straightforward job for you, I have already completed the unboxing and removal work. Current Status: • The old Miele oven has already been uninstalled and pulled out of the cavity. • I believe the previous setup was a direct hardwired connection. • The new replacement is an ALDI Stirling 80L Built-In Oven, which I believe comes pre-fitted with a 15-amp power plug. What I think needs to be done: 1. Convert the existing hardwired wall connection inside the cavity into a 15-amp surface socket (power point). 2. Test the line/isolation switch. 3. Slide the new Stirling oven into the vacant under-bench space and secure it to the cabinetry frame. 4. Test the unit to ensure it powers on correctly. 5. Issue an electronic Certificate of Compliance (eCoC) as required by SA regulations.

The oven at the property is not heating up. The fan is running and the red indicator light comes on, but there is no heat at all. The oven is a Chef fan-forced model, EOC624S*49. Looking for a qualified technician to inspect and repair it.
