The machine keeps displaying an E03 error code and won’t drain or complete a wash cycle properly. What I’ve already checked: * Drained the water manually. * Removed and cleaned the drain filter. * Checked the pump impeller, which appears to spin freely. * Checked the drain hose for kinks or blockages. * Unplugged and restarted the machine. Current problem: * The washing machine makes a brief humming noise, stops, then repeats. * Water is not pumping out through the drain hose. * When I manually opened the drain filter, a large amount of water came rushing out. * Clothes are left soaking wet because the machine won’t drain or spin properly. I suspect the drain pump may be faulty, but need someone to diagnose the issue and repair it. Ideally looking for someone who can attend as soon as possible.
