Water level sensor on my lg top loader washing machine not working. Please dont offer a rediculious price as I cant work at the moment

I have a Fisher and Paykel Washing Machine and Condenser Dryer. I moved recently and the removalists put the Condenser Dryer on top of the washing machine, but the feet were not on the washing machine, so it is not balanced. They put the condenser dryer hose into the trough to empty, but it is giving an error that it can't empty the water. The Condenser dryer weighs approx 30kg, so it would need two people to lift it off the washing machine, put the feet on and stablise the washing machine, then stack the dryer and troubleshoot the connection of emptying the water for the condenser dryer.

I require a swap over of my top loader washing machine to a front loader, will require moving machines around too!

Brand new washing machine, delivery person said they couldn't connect to the tap because screw bit on hose too big to fit into the space between opening and tap handle. Went to Bunnings and bought an inlet hose that fits tap space. Need that connected to machine and machine set up please.
