Our Bosch Serie 6 washing machine isn't draining properly - something is stuck in the drainage area. We need someone to access it the drainage area by removing the fascia - accessing from the front drain area won't work, the grey nozzle (pictured) is completely stuck by whatever object is in there and won't budge.

I believe the sensors are not working correctly. When the coffee bean dispenser is full of beans - a message comes up saying "add beans".

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in washing machine repairs to diagnose and fix my washing machine. The machine keeps displaying an E03 error code and won’t drain or complete a wash cycle properly. What I’ve already checked: * Drained the water manually. * Removed and cleaned the drain filter. * Checked the pump impeller, which appears to spin freely. * Checked the drain hose for kinks or blockages. * Unplugged and restarted the machine. Current problem: * The washing machine makes a brief humming noise, stops, then repeats. * Water is not pumping out through the drain hose. * When I manually opened the drain filter, a large amount of water came rushing out. * Clothes are left soaking wet because the machine won’t drain or spin properly. I suspect the drain pump may be faulty, but need someone to diagnose the issue and repair it. Ideally looking for someone who can attend as soon as possible.
