Tiling of upstairs balcony. 15m x 1.5m wide; The balcony has a well supported sealed compressed concrete base. We have the tiles (Maximo Beige External tiles 600×600) but all other materials you are to supply. ie adhesive, silicone sealer, grout etc. Airconditioning compressor unit needs to be lifted to tile underneath. Also need to tile around 5 round posts on edge of tiling area.

My Kitchen taps leak. The washers have been replaced and they still leak! These taps are 50+ years old and are original to the house build... are they worn out and in need of replacing? Can you check them out and advise me, quote for a repair/replace as needed?

The drone crashed into a small bush from about 2 meters high, one of the motors did not work after the crash. I replaced the motor with a DJI part but it still does not work. I would like an estimate to repair and would have it repaired if the repair cost is not excessive.

Distortion even at low volumes and on all EQ settings. Sounds like a blown speaker but the speaker is OK. I have replaced existing speaker with new Celestion of the same specs but the fault is still there. I thought the input jack might be loose or faulty, but it seems OK on visual inspection.
