I need someone to fill wheelbarrow with topsoil and take it from one house through garage into the back of the other house, dump, and repeat. Its about 20m distance. Its prob 3-4 hours of work. If you do it quicker, there are some rocks i need moving also.

Replace sink taps Fix leaking shower - was fixed recently, done reseating but still leaking. Taps are new Silicone sink and shower area, old silicone needs to be removed

I have 2 small stumps at my front yard that require complete removal from the roots. I believe that you would need a Grinding equipment to do this job. You can see the photos to understand the job. Location: Woodcroft SA 5162

Remove and patch up air con vents in roof (x5) + patch up air con controller holes (x3)

Replace 2 x taps in bathroom, replace tap and sink in kitchen and fix leaking toilet in second bathroom

Outside windows and architraves to be painted, filling internal gaps between skirting and the floor and some cracks to be covered and painted ( touched up)

Probably ten drops, 15 or so cables in star config. Existing fully detached house, brick veneer, roof cavity is almost empty (no air con ducts). No existing cable to be replaced though might be able to reuse some phone points to pull cable.

Both stumps are approx 8 inched across and 12 inches high

Replace motor controller chip to pcb, pcb is from a ps5 disk drive and unfortunately Sony mated the dd pcb to the motherboard so a simple board swap won't work
