Please make an offer on- Removal of two palm tree stumps as per photos. One is almost ground level but is near fence (fence needs repair)- requires machine grinding. Another is shoulder height stump -this one is surrounded by paving. Will require cutting down before grinding.

We suspect that tree roots have intruded and are causing significant blockages. Stop/Slow drains and frequent sewage backups, primarily affecting the bathroom areas. Gurgling sounds and foul odors emanating from the drains. I am open to recommendations but would like to understand the pros and cons of different methods such as mechanical auger, hydro jetting, or chemical treatments. This is becoming an urgent issue as the blockages are becoming more frequent.
