There is a rattling noise coming out from the behind the air inlet from our investigation. Checked all the filters and we have not found a foreign object causing this so thinking it is an internal issue. Need licensed technician to resolve this. Need someone with experience with Bosch dryers. This is a series 4 heat pump dryer. Thank you!

Washing machine had started with a small issue of sometimes the clothes would come out and not smell clean.. Now I have just gone to empty the machine but the door wouldn’t open.. I opened the door but the clothes are more wet than they normally are.. so I just put them back in to start the cycle again.. the water started like normal but then there is nothing, no slow spin like it normally does when it starts the cycle.. Machine is the best we’ve had and I think it just needs a service.. can someone please tell me how much it’ll cost or what the problem likely is.. I don’t have a massive budget..
