Hi, I have a double-door fridge. The freezer is working fine, but the fridge temperature keeps going up from time to time. I’m looking for someone who can come and check it and repair it.

I have a gap above my new built-in Bosch oven (between the top of the oven and the cabinetry). I need a carpenter/joiner to measure, cut, and install a filler panel (or matching trim/cabinet material) to close the gap neatly.

Install a new induction cooktop (20A). Install a new electric oven (20A). Supply and fit 2 safety switches (RCDs) in the switchboard. Uninstall (possibly remove) existing appliances.

Remove Treadmill, Elliptical and Multi purpose machine from premises. You may keep them or dispose of them. Multi-purpose gym machine has cable issues but other two machines still in workable condition. Also remove old component from flat pack furniture set and an old pool equipment box.

Water hose to washing machine displayed a leak. It has since been replaced however leak is still occuring and appears to be coming from under the washing machine. Would like someone to come inspect and repair if possible

It leaks when filling up & on rinse cycle. Hopefully its just a hose needs replacing. Its a terrific machine

Fan won't turn on regardless of speed. I expect the fan motor is cactus. The ceiling is pretty high and on an angle (patio). See photos. Please provide a cost for supply and install a similar finish ceiling fan (there is another fan on the ceiling that it will match). See photos of fans. Advise on what kind of fan (make and model) you recommend to install. Split out a lot cost for materials and a cost for labour, so I have an idea of how much the labour and fan are. The wall panel with the knob has other switches and knobs that work fine.

I need someone to install the ring security camera. Just need 4 phillips screw holes into the wooden pillar. Not strong enough and have no tools to make holes and install it.
