I need a gas fitter to raise the regulator position to hold 45kg gas bottles as the 18kg bottles have been discontinued.

We are in a rental, so either needs non- peanut connection to outside tap on wall just outside and through kitchen window behind where fridge is, or under sink with dish washer tap, but will need a two way connector.

Install a wall mounted dryer

oven making a high pitched squeaking noise when running. Oven works perfectly otherwise. No performance or heating issues. I suspect the rear fan may be loose or need adjustment but I am not certain. Looking for someone experienced with ovens to inspect, diagnose, and advise or fix if possible. This should be a quick and straightforward job. Access is easy and I am flexible on timing. Just recently got a new kitchen counter top and i need to install a new tap in the sink, as well as connecting my gas stove. Hoping someone will have the qualifications to do both, if you can only do one please send me an offer still
