Fit the seal in my washing Machine I have the new Seal I have no idea how to do it

I need someone to check my gelato display freezer. It reaches the correct temperature, but at certain times during the day the temperature goes up and then comes back down. It keeps fluctuating. Could you please let me know what might be causing this and when someone would be available to inspect it?

I need a gas fitter to raise the regulator position to hold 45kg gas bottles as the 18kg bottles have been discontinued.

Qualified Fridge and Plumbing Installation required for new Samasung fridge freezer. Needs to lifted off polystyrene packing base and connected water supply to maintain warranty. We are in a rental, so either needs non- peanut connection to outside tap on wall just outside and through kitchen window behind where fridge is, or under sink with dish washer tap, but will need a two way connector.

Install a wall mounted dryer

oven making a high pitched squeaking noise when running. Oven works perfectly otherwise. No performance or heating issues. I suspect the rear fan may be loose or need adjustment but I am not certain. Looking for someone experienced with ovens to inspect, diagnose, and advise or fix if possible. This should be a quick and straightforward job. Access is easy and I am flexible on timing.
