Electric LED fireplace (model BEF-42BIF04) has power but control panel and remote are unresponsive. Unit makes noise when powered on, but no functions (heater, lights, speaker) work. Likely control board issue. Looking for an experienced appliance/electronics technician to diagnose and repair. Fireplace is 3 years old and already opened for basic inspection (clean inside, power supply active).
