We are seeking an experienced treadmill technician to inspect and service a treadmill that has recently started making an unusual noise during operation. The task includes accurately diagnosing the source of the noise, servicing and adjusting any components as required, and advising on any parts that may need repair or replacement. The treadmill is located within our physiotherapy clinic, situated in a tower in the Sydney CBD. Servicing will need to take place during standard business hours.

I have a washing machine that's a millimetre or so out on one side that needs to be leveled off. I have some spacers and vibration pads that can be used but the area is extremely tight to work in. Might need to disconnect the water to pull it out. When the washing machine is level I am looking for the condenser dryer to be stacked on top. The dryer is 56kg and needs to go onto the stacker which I have built (needs to be finalised when the dryer is on) so I think it needs two people. I cannot physically assist. I think this will be a pretty quick job for two people. I will unwrap the dryer and get it ready. The photo shows it's still in packaging

All electrical done including four wire control to both units 5. Split units hung on wall Tasks remaining: 1. Run 25m copper pair in conduit with approx 6 bends. Conduit is accessible : front face opening 2. Run 10m copper pair directly up wall to roof. I can flare if you don’t want to. 3. Help lift/move condensers already on flat roof to their stands. 4. Connect copper pair / activate system 5. Install and mount 2x drain pumps (already purchased) More photos of roof coming.

I’m disconnecting a dishwasher so I can replace with new dishwasher. I’ve tried to do it myself but inlet hose is stuck so I need help with that. Drain hose has already been removed and power unplugged.

I need a general handy man for 30 -45 minutes to screw a bracket for a fan. Simple job doesn’t need an electrician. There was an existing fan there we’re just replacing it with the exactly the same one. No new installation. Literally screwing in two screws.
