Hi, I need help with a few repair issues in an apartment in Zetland. Main issues to inspect/fix: 1. Toilet cistern running continuously There is water running in the toilet all the time. It may need the cistern mechanism adjusted or a part replaced. 2. Washing machine connection leak When the washing machine is connected/used, there is some water leakage. I need someone to inspect the hose, tap connection and/or drain area and fix the leak if possible. 3. Built-in Westinghouse microwave not powering on The built-in microwave has completely stopped working. There is no display, light or response. We tested the same power outlet with another appliance and the outlet works, so the issue appears to be with the microwave itself. I need someone to inspect/diagnose it and advise whether it can be repaired or should be replaced. 4.Dishwasher appears locked / not responding The dishwasher seems to be locked and I am not sure why. I got a Smeg dishwasher, the gasket around the door has been wearing off and I already got the new parts , but I need someone to install them. I have an old integrated kitchen range-hood and I need someone to take it out and install a new one in. I have already bought it.

We have one switch which controls the bathroom extractor fan and also the laundry cupboard light. The extractor fan works, but the light doesn’t we have replaced the bulb which has not helped. Could be a faulty switch that needs replacing. Regarding the oven bulb, sometimes the light works and sometimes it doesn’t.

There is standing water at the bottom, and when powered on it makes a very loud whirring/fan-like noise. I’ve already cleaned and checked the filter/pump area multiple times and can’t see any obvious blockage. We moved house and the hose of the washing machine is too short. New hose needs to be connected and washing machine installed.

The hose may be alright of partially blocked as when we tried to run the program the water can be drained out at the beginning and the F11 code appears in the middle of the process. There might be something wrong with the pump or the electric panel.
