Washing machine is leaking water from underneath i think.It was working fine before with only a small leak during the rinse cycle, but after running another 30-minute load, the leaking became much heavier. Looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue—possibly something wrong underneath the machine.

Hot plate pilot light ignition need to be replaced . It is moving freely and not doing any clicks to start pilot . Also need gas burner fix , not able to turn on pilot light on it , looks like not getting any gas supply in it.

The generator has been intermittently missing and not producing consistent power. Two days ago, it completely shut down, and since then, although it starts normally, it fails under load. Whenever any appliance is connected, the generator immediately turns off again. This issue is now occurring repeatedly, indicating a fault when handling power output or load.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a licensed plumber or gas fitter to permanently disconnect and cap the gas line to my broken cooktop so I can safely have an electric induction unit installed later. My current setup is a standard 60cm gas cooktop sitting directly above a Westinghouse electric wall oven. The gas is currently turned off at the main valve and the benchtop is laminate. I need you to safely disconnect the broken gas cooktop and permanently cap the gas pipe behind the oven. You will also need to test the line to ensure there are absolutely no leaks and issue a VBA Gas Compliance Certificate, which is mandatory for me to proceed with the electrical stage. Please leave the decommissioned cooktop sitting in the benchtop cutout once disconnected. My electrician will remove and dispose of it later to ensure dust and debris do not fall into the exposed oven casing in the meantime. You do not need to do any physical removal or electrical work. The previous owners seem to have done a quick and dirty repair to this dishwasher power cable (>4 years ago) which has now blown up. I need a licensed, professional sparky to either replace or repair this cable so I can use my dishwasher again safely. The dishwasher is nested in my kitchen bench with the cable running through my pantry.
