Decommissioned gas water unit removal from ceiling cavity.

My Solt 6kg Front Load Washer is heating the water for my washing regardless of the setting I place it on. I like to wash cold in order to retain the quality of fabric longer. The machine only has one input hose for cold tap water. I am located on Westgarth Street in Northcote. I am flexible with dates, but will out of town until Sunday 6 July - so it will have to be then or later.

The dishwasher is working but leaves a pool of undrained water in the bottom. This happened a month ago and I tried a cycle of vinegar and baking soda and used two cycles of Finish deep clean. After this it was working fine but it has happened again. It is a Euromaid.

I need to get a new dryer under a recess and on top of washing machine. The washing machine needs to come out first as the beam In front blocks the dryer getting in. This is how I think it works. Washing machine comes out. Dryer is moved in but only held balancing on sink bench. Washing machine is slid in (needs some sort of sliders so not to damage stone floor) Dryer than adjusted on top of Washing machine. Happy to discuss a plan.

Bosch dishwasher is showing error code e-24. There are no blockages so I’m assuming the pump needs replacing

Neighbours and I thought we smelled gas on the street so called the gas service. When pressure testing my meter he found a super slow permissible leak. Said that it was negligible and a plumber would just leave it but because he was the authority he had to turn it off. Should be a 5-10min job. Would love to get a plumber to come uncap the metre and turn the gas back on without it costing a fortune.
