New kitchen needs sink , water and cooktop gas hooked up

Range hood fan no longer works - very old unit so it could be the motor. Do I need to purchase a new motor first before hiring or is anyone able to help quote for full fix? Thanks.

Remove and dispose gas ducted heater and all ducts. It's still mounted at the moment. There are 7 ducts in ground level and 2 ducts in 1st floor.

We have a new Reolink PoE NVR system that needs to be installed. Includes 4 x external cameras and a PoE doorbell. We are in a single story brick veneer house. Cameras will be installed under the eaves, so only the doorbell will require installation onto the brickwork. What we need done is camera/doorbell installation, cabling through the roof and returning the Cat6 cables inside the house, either through a brush wall plate or terminated into a network wall plate (happy to take advice on the best way to do it). We can manage the NVR setup/installation from there.

Gas line from cook top obstruction installation of separate oven below it. Please assist in redoing/relocating the gas line so that I can fit my oven in the space pictured. Currently the 90 degree elblow coming out of the above cooktop is hitting the oven by about 30mm. And the round unit near the bottom is sticking out, however I need all the space to the back of the cabinet (570mm) to allow my oven to fit flush. Hoping this can also be relocated.
