Hi, I need someone to install a washing machine in an apartment in Ultimo (postcode 2000). The job includes: • Unpacking the washing machine • Removing transit bolts • Connecting water inlet hoses • Connecting and securing the drain hose • Ensuring there are no leaks • Leveling the machine • Running a quick test cycle (if possible) • Disposing of all packaging materials (plastic, cardboard, foam, straps, etc.) The laundry has existing taps and drainage, so no major plumbing work should be needed — just a proper, safe installation. Please bring any tools you normally use for appliance setup. Looking for someone reliable who can complete the job efficiently and take away the packaging.

We need a stainless collar made for this flue to cover the gap around it. Flue cannot be removed so we need 2 semi circles that can be joined around it and glued to the ceiling. Required diameter is 255mm and collar width of 60mm should be sufficient. Job is urgent! ASAP install please, ideally by this Monday afternoon.

Hi, the rangehood fan in my main kitchen stopped working and I need help to replace it with the one from my spare kitchen please. Standard pull-out type range-hood fans with lights, both are identical and bought from Bunnings some years ago. The one in spare kitchen was rarely ever used. Photos attached. I’m located in Marrickville, flexible on times you can attend. I would think this is a relatively simple job for a professional and my budget for this job is $200. I need to replace my integrated dishwasher, but the store doesn’t provide installation service. I’d need someone to deinstall the old one, remove the front panel, install the new one and attach the new panel. Delivery of the new one, and removal of the old one will be done by the store.

Installing of water line and drainage line for washing machine. A sink and water line is right next to the position of the machine.

Instal and mount a dryer on the wall (note I don’t have a mounting kit so please bring your own, and own tools). You may also need to remove a previous mounting kit from the wall (I’m not sure if it is still there - from the old dryer). I am a previous tenant but the person who will attend the property and let you in is the agent (I have since moved out) but she has requested that a dryer be mounted on the wall before I get my bond back. I have included three photos of the dryer and then also a photo of the space it will need to be mounted /installed in (the laundry with orange tiles). That last picture is of how the old dryer was mounted before it was removed.

Remove an old dryer and Install a new dryer. New brackets are required to be fixed to the wall, old dryer brakets are different to new dryer. New Dryer is 4.5 kg.

Hi! I’m looking for a pest control professional to help with a cockroach problem in my apartment. The issue seems isolated to the dishwasher area, and I’m noticing tiny baby cockroaches, which makes me think they’re nesting in a gap above or behind the dishwasher that I can’t access myself. I’ve tried managing it on my own, but the problem is persisting and seems to be getting worse. I have two cats, so it’s extremely important that any treatment used is safe for pets (especially cats). It’s a two-bedroom apartment, but I haven’t seen any signs of cockroaches in other areas — it appears to be contained to the kitchen.
