take out old induction oven and inset new one. Pic of new one below. Electric.

Washing machine requires filter servicing as no longer completes full cycle, essentially it stalls out before it can proceed from wash to spin etc. I have reviewed via youtube however will need a professional who knows how to correctly service the machine.

A small brass stop-cock insert has fallen into the washing machine waste pipe and needs to be retrieved from the trap. While there, the washing machine stop cocks also need replacing (existing ones are missing). Apartment, renter. Easy access.

Disconnect integrated dishwasher and remove from under bench space.

Need old integrated dishwasher removed

Install slide out rangehood to overhead cupboard with extra panel to fill 5cm gap at rear of rangehood

Remove to footpath,old machine 1 flight of stairs. Install new machine

Remove dryer from apartment. What you do with the dryer is up to you. Definitely a two person job.

Install wall mounted vented dryer. Existing plugs in laundry wall currently from previous owner. Wall brackets included in dryer box. Will require reversing the control panel due to dryer needing to be hung upside down. Dryer model capable of doing so.
