There are stripped screws on the bottom of electric frame. We need to unscrew to replace the battery, but the screws are stripped and tight. YOU CAN NOT JUST UNSCREW WITH A REGULAR SCREWDRIVER. It will need special tools as the screws are too striped.

Hello, The accordion drain hose that the washing machine drain pipe empties into has come loose and water goes everywhere when the machine drains. I am unable to reconnect it. I am not sure if there is a new part required or if it can be fixed with current parts. It doesn’t seem a particularly difficult fix, I just don’t have the know-how/tools to do it myself.
