Need a licensed electrician to install a new switched general-purpose outlet (GPO) for a dishwasher in a kitchen. There’s an existing appliance outlet under the sink (currently an IEC-style socket, ~2m away) that the new GPO should be fed from with fresh, correctly-rated cabling. Requirements: • New GPO positioned to the side of the dishwasher cavity, accessible after the machine is installed (not behind it) — no extension leads. • Certificate of Electrical Safety / Compliance provided on completion. Small, straightforward job. Apartment (tower) — building access is fine. Please quote a fixed price including materials and the compliance certificate.

The outer panel of glass has come loose on my Bosch oven. Still holding on along the topside. Internet says the door needs to be removed, the glass reattached with a heat resistant sealant, then reattached. A bit out of my depth, would appreciate help.

I have a stainless steel fridge that had magnets on it. When I’ve pulled the magnets off, some have left a rust like look on the fridge from the magnet itself rusting. Issue with coffee machine

Newly installed washing machine. The cold-water laundry tap leaks from the chrome tap/valve body when turned on. The washing-machine inlet hose connection itself is not leaking. Looking for a licensed NSW plumber to inspect and repair the leaking tap, or replace the tap if required. Photos attached showing the leak.

The water inlet at the wall has a cap that is very tightly screwed on and cannot be taken off by hand. The inlet is in a very difficult spot to reach which means proper plumbing tools are required.

We have a commercial food steamer imported from China. The machine is rated: 220V 3000W / 3kW Approx. 13–14A operating current It currently has a Chinese 16A large-pin plug which we have been using through an adapter into a dedicated Australian 15A wall socket. The adapter has now broken, so rather than replacing the adapter, we would like a licensed electrician to remove the existing Chinese plug and install a proper Australian 15A plug directly onto the appliance cable. My LG front-load washing machine is repeatedly showing an OE error and not draining properly. I have already cleaned the drain pump filter and manually drained the machine several times, but the problem keeps returning. On the last wash, the machine was stuck with clothes still wet. When I opened the small emergency drain hose/cap and released some water, the machine was then able to finish the spin cycle. Looking for someone experienced with LG washing machine repairs to diagnose and fix the drainage problem. It may be a blockage in the drainage system/hose or an issue with the drain pump, but this has not been diagnosed. $120 budget for diagnosis and repair labour.
