New electric hob, hardwire. Old one is already removed. 2 x double gpo’s one in main bedroom, one in living area.

Please help my grandparents do laundry by installing a shelf above the washing machine. All the space needs is probably a piece of wood right above the machine to store the detergent. Maybe some hooks on the wall? We don’t have any shelf pre-bought so obviously the cost of that would be covered.

Scope of work: * Cut a suitable access hole between the dishwasher cavity and adjoining cupboard to allow the power cord and plumbing hoses to pass through. * Cut/access underneath the cupboard as required to route the hoses and cables neatly. * Connect the dishwasher to the existing water supply and drain/waste connection. * Connect the dishwasher to the existing power point. * Ensure all connections are secure with no leaks. Washing Machine Leveling: The tiled floor underneath the washing machine is uneven, causing heavy rocking during spin cycles. I need you to assess the best fix whether that involves adjusting the machine's leveling feet, installing anti-vibration pads, or placing a solid rubber mat/board underneath to create a level, stable surface. Looking for someone reliable and experienced to assist my mum with a few small jobs around the house: • Bidet spray: Check why it keeps leaking water and fix if possible. I’d also like a small holder/handle installed on the side so the spray has somewhere secure to rest. • Hang wall mirror: Hang a mirror in the spare room. It is fairly heavy, so it will need to be properly and securely mounted using the appropriate fixings/tools. • Check dishwasher: The dishwasher is currently not working. Looking for someone to inspect it and determine whether there is a simple issue that can be repaired or whether it is likely to need replacing. • Assemble 3 x Kmart clothing racks: These should be very straightforward and quick to assemble, however my mum is unable to put them together herself. My washing machine rubber seal needs replacement I have the part just need someone to do the installation.

Need this full size oven opening made smaller to fit a smaller compact oven. I need the top of the oven housing to be lowered as I need more open space above the new oven to store my coffee machine.

I believe it is a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer possibly DD60 series. Currently getting cleaners to inspect and try to diagnose the issue, but from previous guest they said the dishwasher would continuously beep and the cycle wouldn’t start, with water pooling at the bottom. Tray and parts have been taken out to clean from any blockages

Dishwasher and in built microwave are not working properly (microwave does not heat and dishwasher beeps and stops 5min from start of cycle)

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

Hi we have someone coming tomorrow morning to re-paint the benches around the kitchen sink and stove so we just need someone to remove both the sink and stove to make it easier for them to paint. We would then love to pay you for (a separate job) to come back few days later to put them back/re-install once finished . Has to be done before painting starts at 9AM tomorrow Monday.
