There is a damage in the door that needs to be fixed before the keys are dropped to the agents as a tenancy closure.

Brackets are OK. but probably need new bolts. or way to secure existing mounts. You can see clearly the issue in one of the photos. Hoping to cat proof my apartment's balcony sliding door so that we can maintain good airflow while keeping the cat safe. Sliding Door needs correcting. Double glazed window not holding in place. May need a few small other bits of work while there as selling property.

Install spacer above La Luna sliding door pet panel (approx 10 cm gap at top), improve side sealing and install simple sliding door lock. Pet door already installed and extensions fitted.
