Repair Single-Car Electric Roller Garage Door My electric roller garage door gets stuck while opening or closing, and the motor eventually stops. If I gently assist the door by lifting it when it gets stuck, the motor continues working. I need an experienced person to inspect the door, identify the cause and repair it. Please quote for labour and advise me of any additional parts costs before starting the repair.

This door connecting our sales floor and staircase to carpark doesn't close properly. If we don't pull down the handle it doesn't close and it results in the guys locking the door when it's not even closed... and when it's closed, it's a little jammed and can't be opened easily. My cavity door is dragging on the floor and is not able to roll to open or close. I tried to adjust it, but cannot access the nut that the door is hanging off. This door in our downstairs office doesn’t close tightly on its own unless it’s pulled firmly shut manually. I reckon the door closer just needs to be adjusted. This is a pretty tall door so they will likely need to bring a ladder to reach the door closer.

Hi! One of the locking pegs (mushroom pins) on my awning window frame has sheared off. Details: Hardware Brand: Kin Long window system (aluminum frame). The Issue: The pin snapped off, leaving the rivet/fastener base stuck in the track. What's Needed: Drill out/remove the broken fastener shaft and supply/install a replacement peg/pin to match the existing one (photos attached). Parts: I do NOT have replacement parts. Tasker must supply the replacement pin/screw/rivet. I have attached photos of the intact pin for reference, the broken base, and the overall window setup.
