Hole in wall and wardrobe door need to be repaired

I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house. I either need to them repaired, or if this is too difficult or expensive, then I would like to have them both removed. This needs to be done by a professional and not a general handyman. Please provide details of your past experience in repairing manual roller blinds. I have set a notional budget of $750 but this is not a fixed priced job as it needs to be diagnosed first.

I have a laundry door that swings outwards, the little wheel at the time has disconnected from the runner and bed for repaired. It may also need a screw to secure the actual door at the bottom

I have a new sideboard that needs 6 x cupboards doors attached. It’ll take a handyman less than half an hour. I just can’t get them to line up.

The bottom of two external doors have rotted. I need someone to repair the doors (if possible), sand and paint them, and ensure they close properly and do not sit in water. I also need a small repair to a bathtub. Cover / seal worn enamel with some epoxy so the metal does not rust.

6 doors that need door handles installed.

We have had some tiling completed and need about an inch taken off the bottom of 2 timber doors so that they can be re-hung. Not a huge job, but I don’t have the tools to do it.
