Fix up and paint a damaged door architrave

I need a sliding door fixed so there is no gap. The gap is bringing in a draft of cold air. I believe the sliding door wheels may need to be aligned. (I’m not even sure if it has wheels). I’ve tried myself to fix with no luck so needing some help.

Task is to move this shower/ bath glass door up a little bit so that it can swing outwards. I understand the bracket is screwed into the tile so I’m unsure if it can be removed and then redrilled into the tiles again so close to the original site.
