Roller window handle doesn’t fully close the window. Need a fix

A guest has tried to use the blinds on the skylight and has pulled on side off. The screw now slips straight out of the hole so will need to be redone. Would also like the opposite side checked to make sure it sturdy as there has been some paint fall from that side since the incident. You will need a ladder to reach the affected area.

We are required to replace the back door as we had a large dog door installed, the new tenants do not own a dog. The door frame is of a standard size, 2040mm(H) x 820mm(W) x 35mm(L). Preferable that door, door lock and hinges are supplied to finish job. Thanks in advance!

My glass sliding exterior door has stopped being able to lock, I believe because the house has shifted. I need it to be lockable and close able again.

Needing to get our screen reattached to our security door, was taken off to paint when the house was getting painted, apparently a specific tool is required to reattach it, not a usual drill, I am sure who ever knows about how to reattach it will know what’s required.

I’ve got a deadbolt for an entry/exit door that I’ve been struggling to attach and make work I need someone to come do for me! Ha ha. It just needs to be attached to the door and function.
