My bedroom wall has two built in robes. Along side them is a sliding door into the bathroom. When closed, the sliding door overlaps the edge of one of the wardrobe by about 10cm, meaning that wardrobe cannot be opened. In order to open it, you need to open the sliding door as far as it goes, which just passes to the the other side of the wardrobe door and allows access. It's very cumbersome so I'd like the wardrobe door hinges moved to allow the it to open all the time. I would also like some inset handles as currently the only way to open the drawers and wardrobes is to claw at their edges! They have to be inset, such as simple holes, to allow the sliding door to pass by. A bit hard to properly explain, but you'll see when you get here! I'm in the dark on how much labour and parts this would require, so the amount I quote is completely negotiable. - Due date: Flexible

Bathroom has erosion on wooden door frame and window frame. Likely needs replacing where eroded or at least a fix to last a year until reno. Likely will need paint. Back bifold doors have slight erosion/ wear and tear and can just be fixed and painted for now. May need to come out to do a final quote if pics don’t help. Please quote for time and will have to discuss material cost on top plus paint depending on what solution you have. Must be experienced, easy communicator, and looking for a good quality job.
