I need a wedding day-of-coordinator to assist with logistics during the wedding day of 13.02.26 Will need help with these specific tasks: 1) Ensuring the chairs in the indoor canapé area are set up (while guests are outside taking photos) following the ceremony - we are using the same area 2) Ensuring the decoration (including the arbour) used at the ceremony area is transferred to the reception while guests are outside for photos 3) Checking that vendors are all set prior to the start of the ceremony and reaching out to vendors that appear to be late or having issues Happy to share the details of the wedding, timelines, vendors, etc once we have had an initial chat and determined this is right for you. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day.
