My daughter is getting married on the 21st of May. She is getting married in a church in Manly and then we are going to a restaurant for the reception. We haven’t got a wedding planner, so we are looking for someone who can play music for the “walk down isle” the music for “signing papers” and for the “exit “ after the ceremony. We also need someone to direct the bridesmaids out on time aswell as to tell the family when to stand ect. And then we need someone to come to the resurgent and manage the music for 4 hours. We have specific music we want so the person just needs to play the music and make sure everything runs smoothly.

We have a wedding lunch that we require 2x bartenders to make cocktails and fill up glasses and 2x waitstaff to serve food at our wedding. We require bartenders from 11.30am-3pm and waitstaff from 1.30-5pm

Take photos for my wedding. Posted a few days ago and cancelled because we need 3 hours of photos, not 1 hour. A drone would come in very handy but I assume another person would be needed to control that. Please advise price and if we can review your photos from any past events.

I am getting married on Friday the 24th of Jan 2025 and am looking for 1 bar staff member. We are having the ceremony at Wiltshire Park in Palm Beach. I would need you there from 2pm for set up. Must be dressed in a black pant and white shirt. The ceremony will start at 2:30. We are inviting people to have champagne and water from 3:15-5pm at the park. I'd like a quote on the bar staff member, 3 tubs, ice, champagne and water. OR just your time and I can pay for the water, ice and champagne separatley. I'll also need them to include the time to set themselves up and pack down. I have already booked a bar with a event hire agency that is providing the chairs and other decorative items for the ceremony. All I would need is the person to arrive and set up from 2pm, serve people from 3-5pm and then pack down and leave, taking any rubbish with them. It should be approx 70 people and we want to keep it super simple. We just don't want to have to monitor the bar ourselves. I'm also open to anyone who would like to source and offer some snacks of some kind. But will need to see if it aligns and is in cost.
