I'm looking for an experienced, friendly and organised on-the-day wedding coordinator for our ceremony in Noosa Heads on Saturday, 17 April 2027. This is a ceremony-only role, with approximately 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm coverage. What I'm looking for: - Helping our stylist set up hired ceremony equipment (or setting it up if needed). - Coordinating the ceremony timeline and keeping everything running smoothly. - Cueing the ceremony music at the right moments. - Cueing the bridal party for the processional. - Greeting guests as they arrive and helping them find their seats. - Liaising with vendors as required. - Directing guests to the next location after the ceremony. I've already organised the equipment hire, so I'm looking for someone who can take the stress off the day by ensuring everything is set up correctly and the ceremony flows seamlessly. I'd love someone who: - Has experience coordinating weddings or events. - Is calm, proactive, and great at problem-solving. - Is personable, confident and communicates well with guests and vendors. - Has a fun, positive personality - someone we'll genuinely enjoy having as part of our day! Wedding Photographer — Full Day — Conondale QLD — $2,000 We’re looking for an experienced wedding photographer for our wedding at Crystal Waters Eco Park in Conondale, QLD. The wedding date is Saturday 27 March 2027. Airtasker would not let us select this date as it is too far ahead, but this is the confirmed date we are planning for. We’re looking for someone to provide full-day photography coverage, including getting ready, ceremony, family/couple photos, reception, speeches and candid moments throughout the day. The budget is $2,000 total, including full-day coverage, editing, and delivery of the final edited photos in an online gallery or similar format. Our vibe is relaxed, colourful and nature-focused — warm, joyful and unpretentious. We’re not models, so we’d love someone who can help us feel comfortable, keep things light-hearted, and capture the day naturally without it feeling too staged. Hi everyone! First off, the budget is not $10. Please quote accordingly. I’m looking for a videographer to work a long side me for a wedding on April 16 in the Yandina area. I will be the Photographer for the wedding and will give general direction for the day. You can direct the bride and groom if you feel confident enough. We’re expected to be there at 9am and will wrap up by 8pm. Yeah pretty big day. There’s an opportunity that I could let you go just after the reception starts and I can take it from there. Accepting both videographers from the area and the Gold Coast. I am based on the Gold Coast and I could pick you up on the way to Yandina. I will provide the 3 camera set up for the ceremony. You’ll just need to bring your camera to capture everything as our main video camera. You will also help me set up the cameras for the location. I only require raw footage. So no editing required. Small wedding with 30 guests, would like some photos taken of ceremony from 2pm and reception after - 4 hours absolute max on site time. We are happy for photos on a USB stick - no album or physical prints etc. Post processing we’d be grateful for just broad filters/ AI touch ups, absolutely not down to pixels nitpicking. Were are ok just letting the software do the work but we are wanting the good angles and shot setup that a photographers eye knows and what makes up so much more of a what makes a great photo in our opinion 😊
