I am getting married in my parents' backyard on the 22nd of August in West End. There will be around 100 guests. It is a stand-up, cocktail style reception and we are getting catering from my favourite greek restaurant. I would like 1-2 people to be refreshing canapé trays in the kitchen upstairs and then roaming and offering them to guests as well as roaming with drinks trays too. Service required from 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Hello, I need a DJ for our upcoming wedding, from 6pm to 10pm, purely just to manage music for the night. The venue will have full AV for the event (lighting, speakers, microphones)however you’d need to bring your own DJ kit. Hi, We’re currently looking for an experienced wedding photographer and videographer to capture our special day on 12 September 2026. We would require coverage for approximately 6–8 hours. Dinner will also be provided.

Placing table décor on reception tables (flowers, table runners, candles, table numbers, name tags), setting up signage, and arranging a small candy bar. The role will also involve moving a sign from the ceremony location to the reception and switching on LED candles. All décor items will be supplied and organised in tubs, with clear instructions provided on how everything should be placed. You will also need to collect the items from a vehicle which I plan to have parked at the venue. There will be around 10 plastic tubs to take upstairs to a rooftop venue. Ideally looking for someone with a good eye for styling and presentation to help ensure everything looks neat and well placed.
