Hi, We are Daniel & Anastasija, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable bartender to assist with drinks service at our wedding celebration. Our ceremony will be held at Saint John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Church. Following the ceremony, we will host a traditional Balkan BBQ (catering booked) and drinks reception for our guests on the church grounds (or in the adjoining hall if weather requires). Event Details • Date: 20/9/2026 • Location: Saint John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Church • Guest Numbers: Approximately 100 guests • Service Time: 1:45pm – 3:45pm • Finish Time: No later than 4:30pm About the Drinks Service We will provide all beverages, ice, eskies, glassware, signage and table setup. Drinks available will include: • Sparkling wine • Beer (cans and bottles) • Soft drinks • Bottled water The drinks table/station will be a simple setup using a bench table and eskies. Guests will partly self-serve, however we would like a bartender present to: • Welcome guests and assist with drink service • Pour sparkling wine as required • Keep the drinks station organised and stocked • Monitor glassware and general presentation • Assist with basic clean-up, rubbish and recycling throughout the event. What We're Looking For • Arrive by 1:00pm and be ready before guests exit the church • Well-presented and professionally dressed • Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests • Previous bartending, hospitality or event experience preferred (RSA is mandatory).
