Require the services of an on-the-day coordinator for our wedding. Services would be required from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, 27 September 2025. Scope includes: - transporting of wedding sign to church (Chippendale) and then transporting sign to reception (Surry Hills) - providing organist and choir cues - coordinating bridal entrance, guiding bridal party, ensuring the ceremony flows smoothly - welcoming and managing guests to find their seats - working with florist and overseeing set up of church and reception space - take down of pews and tidy up

We are having a wedding on the 2nd of June. The wedding has grown from a simple wedding in the park with 20 people to a larger wedding with 40x guests and two locations. We do not need a wedding planner at this stage. We have arranged all the vendors, everything is in place and we have a run sheet for the day. The bride is an ex-wedding coordinator but wants to enjoy her day and let someone else take charge. We need someone to coordinate the logisitcs (coordinating the moving of furniture to and from the ceremony and reception, prepare the catering, style the flowers coming from the ceremony on to the reception table, ensure all the details are ready and taken care of), make sure everyone sticks to the timelines, communicates with the vendors and solves any problems that come up on the day. This is a small family wedding with people flying in from overseas, so it is intimate and the people you will be "coordinating" are mostly family. The person will need to be gentle, not pushy, but at the same time highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

Our wedding, with 65-80 guests expected, is set for November 25 on Tamborine Mountain in SE QLD, but our schedules have become unexpectedly busy. On top of that, my partner is currently recovering from knee surgery and she will be immobile for the next few weeks. As a result, we could definitely benefit from some extra help to ensure that everything runs smoothly leading up to our big day. While we have already made some progress with the planning and have a checklist, there is still quite a bit left to do.
