Existing pedestal sink to be replaced with a new vanity unit and basin. Tiles behind the current sink to be removed if needed to fit the new unit.

Vanity sink in downstairs toilet needs fitting. Including attaching taps to water feeds and adapting cupboard and securing sink. Hot and cold water will need to be turned off etc. Photos available.
