Install kitchen sink, new worktop

Rental management company have reported that the pop up plug in the sink in master bed room en-suite is stuck and won’t go up / down. I’m hoping the opening mechanism just needs adjusting. Needs to be done before end of Thursday 31st This task of for investigating and seeing if adjusting the opening / closing mechanism fixes it.

The sink came loose (fell through) under too much weight. The adhesive needs to be reapplied I believe.

Need two things 1) The Sink sits on a base which has a glass top which is broken .Needs to change the glass which means the sink and tap has to come off and glass replaced and then put back. (the glass top will be provided) 2) A mirror has to be put on the tile wall in the bathroom.
