Hi Our Roman blind needs re stringing or cord repaired where our cat has chewed through it It’s less than a year old and has already been done under warranty so don’t feel we can ask them to do it again

When lowering the blind, the mechanism makes a "crunching" sound and feels resistant. The blind lowers half way, but unevenly. Could be a cord tangle issue?

The strings attaching the roman blind have broken

Roman blind won’t go up straight, goes up crooked. Is worked with 3 separate strands. Is about 3 foot wide

We already have the roman blind which was fitted but its fittings are beginning to come off. See the photo whiich shows the wooden batten that needs to be fixed firmly on the dormer window.
