There is low pressure to the toilet flush even though the water level is cistern is high enough. Also the water clears the bowl quickly so no blockages below. Not sure why there is low pressure other than the blockage between the cistern and the toilet. Also the pump keeps running and I suspect the toilet is leaking water for some reason.
