Leaky waste pipe from kitchen sink

I need a plumber to replace my shower bar mixer. The cartridge on the current shower bar is not working

I have a socket triggering the fuse box. I have a kitchen tap running and turning off fully. I have a small leak in the kitchen but not sure exactly where. And I have a electric shower that works but there is a hole in the base of shower case dripping water.

We have a leaking tap in our downstairs toilet which needs fixing. Ideally we’d like a new tap fitted too.

1.Change mixer shower tap in the bathtub ( it's accessable as bath panel is removed )as it's leaking . 2.Clear the bathroom sink blockage ( need access ). 3. Kitchen sink ( change the sealer as it's getting moulder )

Leaking under sink needs repair. Ceiling wet patch? Upstairs toilet leak

There is a leak on one of our sinks. Probably a faulty gasket. Water comes through from a gap between the sink and the plastic gasket that is circled in red, on the photo.

Need a Garden tap to be installed with hot water too. This can be done to the exterior wall of the downstairs toilet. I’ll share the pictures of the toilet and exterior wall.

Our kitchen faucet seems to be loose, needs to have some adjustments because water is dripping if not closed very tight. Our bathroom faucet is leaking. - Due date: Flexible

Fix a leak in the radiator near the valve. Might require valve to be replaced

Need new dishwasher installed. Radiator thermostatic valve needs to be replaced (parts will be provided by me).

The washing machine is connected to the sink and suddenly it stopped draining, and the water started gushing out the sink. After several attempts of fixing the issue, I opened the pipes under the sink to see if I could find the real issue. Now the sink is leaking and the water wont run through the pipes. - Due date: Flexible

The hot water from my taps has a chemical like smell. This only happened after I returned from a 10 day holiday. - Due date: Before Friday, 15 April 2022
