Replace old bathroom mixer tap with new mixer tap

We currently have a tap leaking in the kitchen and a door that drags in the bedroom. Ideally looking for someone who can fix both issues, give me a shout if that is you ! Thanks

I have a hot water tap which I need moving to my new house (1 min down the road) and then replacing with a normal tap. I have today and tomorrow to move.

I need to replace the mixer tap in the toilet and also replace a shower mounted tap

Drain pipe (sink strainer/waste fitting) was pushed out of place when sink draw was closed, has now come loose and cannot fix it back into place. Need this fixed asap as water is leaking from the drain if we dont hold the pipe in place.

Stopping this leaking tap and then potentially replumbing under the kitchen sink to stop the dishwasher backing up into the sink.

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

Install Verana boiling tap to sink. Space under sink and power socket available. New tap: https://verana.co.uk/products/hanstrom-3-in-1-swan-touch-instant-boiling-water-tap-with-boiler-filter-chrome

A water pipe has been bashed by a wheelie bin and has sprung a slow leak.

1. Set up Bosch Washing Machine (isolation knob required) 2. Sink is closed and the lid does not open 3. Toilet flush is very slow
