I need a plumber to understand and solve this situation: it is a 2 Bed 2 Bath flat over 2 floors: the upper floor shower is not working, and the tap on sink is "choppy" and erratic. We had tried to solve this by installing a high-pressure pump on the lower floor, but it has led to the erratic flow of the sink. Shower and sink used to work before but not working now. I have an old Beaumont bath shower mixer tap where the taps are both dripping badly and the handle that switches between shower and bath has broken.
