I need a plumber to understand and solve this situation: it is a 2 Bed 2 Bath flat over 2 floors: the upper floor shower is not working, and the tap on sink is "choppy" and erratic. We had tried to solve this by installing a high-pressure pump on the lower floor, but it has led to the erratic flow of the sink. Shower and sink used to work before but not working now. I have an old Beaumont bath shower mixer tap where the taps are both dripping badly and the handle that switches between shower and bath has broken. Because the bath is so tight into the walls it might be very difficult to replace the whole tap. I hope it might be possible to replace the front part of the whole fitting- see photo.
