One of the orange washers has snapped and tasker will need to brig a new one please (40mm) - on the same joint the washer keeps spinning and not locking. Urgent tomorrow morning would be great. My central heating needs to top up daily to get the pressure to get it working. We are certain there is a leak in the system. The pipes are in the floor and need someone to find this leak. I need a plumber who can detect leak in my radiator pipe which is buried in the floor and repair this leak.

Drain Cleaning: - Kitchen and bathroom drains are running slow. - Likely need a drain snake or similar tool. - Please bring your own equipment. 2. Shower Door Replacement - Take down the existing shower door. - Install a new door (near-identical measurements). - Seal around the bottom with caulking for a watertight finish. Tools and sealant to be provided by you. Notes: Both tasks ideally completed in one visit. Please confirm your experience with plumbing/handyman and shower door installation when making an offer. Advice required before confirming job: Task 1: install handheld bidet to toilet (similar to the attached screenshot) - advice needed on whether this is possible. Picture of actual toilet and pipe attached. Task 2: change tap/shower head to alternative with overhead and handheld, that allows for easier temperature control rather than mixer. Advice required on what is possible.. picture of current attached. Note I have not yet purchased the parts. Changes should not be permanent as this is a rental.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.

There is a small leak underneath the sink of one of our bathroom. The leak is coming between the seal of the sink and the pipe below the sink. We'd love you to fix this. We'd also like your opinion about a very small but persistent leak in the ceiling in a different room.

I have a leak on from the toilet tank onto the toilet leading to continues waste of clean water. I believe its a seal thats gone bad, but I cannot confirm. Also I have a blocked drainage from the shower room to the Masarator, that doesnt activate the masarator due to slow throughput.
