Sink waste water pipe needs securing

Small snagging and finishing works required in downstairs WC. 1. Secure toilet properly to floor as it is currently not screwed down and has slight movement. 2. Build a simple support behind the toilet cistern (similar to existing upstairs WC) to provide additional stability. Timber support and tiling finish required. 3. Fit one missing wall tile. Spare tile already supplied. 4. Fill and silicone small gaps around toilet and window area and make good untidy finishes. 5. Check recently installed waste pipe/manhole connection externally and ensure it is properly connected, sealed and finished correctly. 6. General finishing works including tidy silicone lines and ensuring everything is secure and complete. Materials are mostly already on site including spare tiles. Photos available. Looking for someone experienced with small plumbing and tiling jobs rather than a full bathroom renovation.

We would like to replace a wall mounted shower arm and head. Would also like to have someone fix challenge with toilet, this does not auto refill, we have to turn the bathroom sink on and off to trigger the refill.

We have a combi boiler with no hot water. Found out that we need a cleaning for condensing tank. Water pressure seems normal.

I suddenly don't get any hot water from my electric water tank, thermostat is on, switch is on, nothing has changed. No hot water in bathroom or kitchen. I would like this sorted in the next couple of days please. Thanks

Need to unclog the shower drainage with a machine

We want to attach our handheld bidet sprayer to the sink tap in our bathroom.

The electric shower in my bathroom is not working. It dispenses water for a few mins and then just stops for no reason. Someone needs to open it up and fix the problem.

I would like a quote to connect a washing machine and dishwasher as I am not sure they can be connected where I want them and to check if there is a fault with some cut wires. I also would like to see if is possible to cut some radiator pipes from flooring and to have a quote for a new radiator in the bathroom that needs replacing. Nothing needs to be done on the day, I only need to know an estimated price for the work please. Thank you
