No hot water in shower though we have it in the taps in the sink. Likely a faulty cartridge that needs to be replaced. Thanks

The pressure of the shower in the bathroom is very low and it is good and strong everywhere else in the flat

Fix sink in en suite before 4pm tomorrow. I’ve included pictures of the items needed to buy do this. Also please investigate why an extractor fan isn’t working. No time wasters please as it needs fixing definitely tomorrow.

I have a fully integrated Lamona HJA8362 dishwasher which is leaking from the bottom right. It hadn’t been used for some time, so it may be that the seal has dried out.

The floater in the toilet cistern isn’t lifting properly which is causing a leak, in the porcelain toilet itself, we need someone to come and fix this and replace it. It could also be a gasket that needs replacing

My previous plumber seemed to think all the water could be switched to the mains (currently it’s only the cold kitchen tap that uses water directly from the mains and so never runs out and has great pressure). For now I just want that confirmed. I’m flexible with times but need mornings. Also toilet isn’t working properly as a result of the bad gravity system so please go before you come so you won’t need to use it.

My redring expressions 570 pumped electric shower broke and I have a new Mira Elite SE pumped electric shower. I need an experienced plumber to swap the old unit with the new one. As it's not a like for like change the water inlet may need to be altered but I'm not 100% sure of this.
