Hot water not working, boiler is working for house hearing but not forgot water

Toilet issue: Plumber needed to replace flush valve. The toilet uses Saniflo and Saniflo expert been out and fixed Saniflo but said more affordable to now use plumber to replace valve and then open the stop cock so the toilet is in working order. Anything you don’t understand about that please let me know. Needs to be done on Monday or Wednesday next week thanks

Install: Hello Klean shower filter. (Pictured in box) Check: Ensure there are no leaks and the water pressure is working correctly through the new filter. The job is straightforward for someone with basic plumbing experience. Please bring your own basic tools (like a wrench or pliers) just in case the old head is tight. This is a fixed wall-mounted shower. You will need to unscrew the existing shower arm from the wall connection behind the tiles and install the new Hansgrohe arm, the Hello Klean filter, and the head. Please ensure you use PTFE tape for a watertight seal behind the decorative wall plate.

I need a qualified plumber to inspect and fix low water pressure in a tenant's shower. The issue appears to be isolated to the shower only. No hot water in shower though we have it in the taps in the sink. Likely a faulty cartridge that needs to be replaced. Thanks

The pressure of the shower in the bathroom is very low and it is good and strong everywhere else in the flat

Fix sink in en suite before 4pm tomorrow. I’ve included pictures of the items needed to buy do this. Also please investigate why an extractor fan isn’t working. No time wasters please as it needs fixing definitely tomorrow.
