Room 1. Walls only but bit of coving where paint pealing also. One window(french doors), remove and replace wooden blind to paint sills. 1.5mtrsx2.5mtrs Room 2. 1.5 mtrs x 2 mtrs Bathroom. 1 mtr x1 mtr including ceiling Need you to supply paint just white paint.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I have these spot lights in my kitchen, I want someone to take them all out and fill the hole smoothly with plaster and then paint the ceiling white.

Polyfiller has been used to fill a 10cm square hole in the ceiling. This needs to be sanded down and smoothened before painting the ceiling.

We had a wall that had a leak. The leak and wall are repaired, we just need someone who will come and decorate the area that is ruined. See the pics below. It isn’t a big area and it just needs to be painted - there is the wall, the ceiling and also the skirting is a little ruined so we need that to be painted. I do think you will need to sand slightly. Someone stuck 3 stickers on 2 walls in a bedroom I have removed the stickers but they left a bit of residue, as you can see on the photos so I need these walls painted. I have sanded my floors in some of my rooms. I love the process and now it’s time to sand my bedroom, but I would like some support while I do this because as it’s a fairly small room, I can’t take my bed or my wardrobe out of the room while sanding so it would be helpful to have someone who can help me maneuver around this and move it with me. Also help me to prepare the floor, take out carpet nails and perhaps while one of us sand the main floor boards, the other can do the edges. I like to do this as a team effort and I reckon it will be a few hours. maybe 3 to 4 hours I don’t have a massive budget but if you can work with my budget, I would love to do this together. I have hired the sander for Friday the 25th but I’m not sure what time I can pick it up, so I guess it will be sometime before lunchtime and maybe we can start after lunchtime. Look forward to this.
