Find an experienced paint stripping expert in East London

I’m looking for someone experienced in removing white paint from original internal brickwork. The apartment is in Bow Quarter, E3. One large double-height brick wall has been completely painted white and I want to expose the original brick again, similar to the before and after vision in the photos. The actual painted brick area is around 10 to 14 square metres. The wall is approximately 5.5 metres wide and 4.5 metres high, with large factory windows taking up much of the area. The apartment will be empty before I move in, so access will be easier. I’m open to soda blasting, controlled sandblasting or another suitable method, provided the original brick is not badly damaged. Looking for an all-in price including protection, paint removal and clean-up. Please send photos of similar work if you have done this before.

I need an old staircase, handrail and balustrade to be stripped of paint, taken back to original wood, sanded and refinished. If the original wood is in good shape, this will be finished and varnished. If not, it will be painted (colour to be supplied). There are FIVE floors of stairs, so not a quick job. See photos - the blue colour is what needs removing, taking back to original wood, sanded shaped and refinished. The blue risers also need stripping back and refinishing (likely white but paint will be supplied once an assessment of original wood can be completed). Chemical stripper only, no heat guns - this is likely to be lead paint and we are concerned about fire risk. Please only quote if you have experience doing this and carpentry skills to refinish wood, this is a listed building and requires era-appropriate solutions.

We have had a bad experience with a painter who did not use dust sheets and has left a lot of paint on the floorboards. Most of the marks are gloss paint (ie would need white spirit) but there are some emulsion marks too. We need someone to come and clean the floorboards TONIGHT as new tenants are moving in tomorrow. Cleaning is in the hallway, kitchen floor, bedroom and living room floor but only in some areas. They will need to bring their own materials. Thanks!
