I need tiles of my kitchen and bathroom cleaned up and redone in some areas due to discolouration. Quote for labour and materials I need bath sealant redone in some places.

I need two blinds to be put up

Painting walls of 3 small bedrooms, hallway, kitchen (this is half-tiled), living room and bathroom (this is half-tiled). Have videos of all rooms I can share. Also need skirting boards, door frames, window sills and ceilings done. Some filling of holes required in all rooms left from shelves now removed. In one bedroom I need one built-in wardrobe removed also (picture attached). In kitchen and bathroom need tile grouting cleaned up/redone in some areas due to discolouration, and the bath sealant redone in some places. All visible on videos I can provide (too large to attach here).

This job can only be done on Tuesday. Drill new holes, need to have your own drill to bring with you. I will provide pluggs and screws. Then use plugs and screws to attached the curtain holders. No need for ladder. There is a parking garage below the building

I need three wooden blinds put up. They are from Blinds Direct so can share the instructions etc. I have put one up already - quite straight forward (see completed photo). See photos of the three windows that need doing. (We will remove the rest of curtains and poles etc). If you have your own power drill, screw drivers, hacksaw (for the pelmet) that would be ideal. We have a small step ladder that should be high enough for the job. I think this shouldn’t take more than 2 hours, including clean up. (I put up the kitchen one in about 35-45 mins).
