Repair to Outback Barbecue

We are having a floor soundproofed (Tuesday) and a carpet put down (Weds) . The internal pine door will be removed for this. I need someone who can trim/plane the bottom of the door to the new floor height and rehang the door.

I have replaced the shade on Thai lamp which involved removing the snap fix bulb holder. I will now need to re-wire into a new bulb fitting.

I'm a tenant and have a relatively cheap chandelier (5arms) on a 4metre ceiling and I want to take it down and keep it safely at my house in a box. When my tenancy ends I will need to put it back up but that's not anytime soon so just need a quote for the removal bit for now.

This involves helping me to take it down, transport it within the house, and refitting hinges/adjusting if needed. Job date: Monday 23rd March from 2pm onwards. Unsure about budget, happy to discuss. We have two Velux skylights starting to show their age. We need thorough maintenance - 1. cleaned inside out, 2. paint stripped and repainted to white, 3. moving parts greased. One large window, about 110 x 110 cm, and one small at 60 x 120 cm.

Install “dentil” cornice especially (LED uplighting provision). Many mitres. Must be a specialist to ensure perfect mitres / joins.

The wardrobe doors in my bedroom are falling off as the screws don’t fix properly to the inbuilt structure.

Remove one blind, fit elsewhere. Fit four other blinds.
