The timber sash window frames have started to rot, i started the process of chipping out the wet/dark wood to treat it but it is deeper than I thought and feel like I need a professional to take a look. I have some wood filler and all weather paint/sealant bought already. It’s like this on one frame and another in the second bedroom. Hoping someone can take over and complete the job. It’s just to keep moisture out (damp is coming in) for the next year until i can get the frames replaced

Install under the sink bathroom cabinet. Polymarble top board has no pre-drilled hole, needs to create one

There is a screen over the bath for the shower. I need it removed and the new one installed. Pic of existing and new screen door panel shown below

In need of some assistance with curtain celling tracks - they may need to be cut to size (hack saw needed) & then fitted accordingly. The tracks are from John Lewis (pictured). Hopefully we can manage to then place the curtains on thereafter. The 3 windows are pictured. We also have three mirrors (not huge) to be fitted on the walls. Hopefully won't take too long.

Two internal door knobs require removal with new ones refitted: For one door the handle has come off and latch bolt is taped over to prevent closing shut. Both doors have a lock mechanism that is separate to the handle latch bolt and does not require repair. I’m unsure if the whole mechanism needs to be removed and replaced! Advice on this so I can buy the correct items gratefully received! Ideally this will be done on or before Saturday 18 January.

The vinyl on 2 of my kitchen cupboards is coming off - Any help replacing this would be appreciated !

Inner doors need soundproofing

I need someone to screw my blinds - I tried to do it but the plaster didn't hold and requires maronary screws (I think)

I need someone to come round and put some picture hooks up for me to hang some photo frames on (will require a drill) and also to put a blind up (that also requires a drill. If you could source the picture hooks that would also be helpful! If the blind goes up ok it would also be great if you could take the existing curtain rail down. If you can help me with these and you do a good job there will be other jobs off the back of this, I will show you if you can make it tomorrow!
