I already have the TV mount and have included photos. 2) Mounting two laundry drying racks to the wall. 3) Securing an IKEA PAX wardrobe to the wall. 4) Repairing and resealing the concrete shower floor. Most of the walls appear to be drywall with studs nearby. I would appreciate advice on what fixings or materials I should have ready, or if you prefer to bring your own. For the shower, the sealant on the concrete floor has started peeling near the drain. I would like the remaining sealant to be sanded back so the surface is smooth, then a fresh coat applied. I already have the sealant and the tools for applying it, but I do not have anything suitable for sanding the old coating off. Please share your quote, estimated time required, and anything else you need from me before the job.
