Important: Due to the ceiling height, you will need to bring all appropriate equipment required to safely access the installation area (e.g. suitable ladder/platform and tools). The installation needs to be completed carefully and securely, with the blind properly aligned and functioning correctly. Clean-up: Please ensure that all dust, drilling debris and any other mess created during the installation is completely cleaned up afterwards. The kitchen must be left clean, tidy and spotless for the tenant, with no dust or debris left behind. Ring doorbell (battery-powered, no wiring): the existing holes don't line up with the new bracket, so new holes need drilling. 3. Fill the old doorbell holes neatly so they're weatherproof and tidy. I have a round shower plate ruined by chemicals. (see attached picture). I need to have self adhesive vinyl fitted on top (I have that vinyl, as per second picture). The shower controls (lever in the centre) cannot be removed however, so the vinyl needs to be cut around those controls.

The tracks will need to be measured, cut to the required length, joined together and securely installed inside the pelmet. Once installed, the curtain also needs to be put onto the track. • Put lampshades on 2 high-up ceiling lights – a suitable tall step ladder will be required. • Install 3 x 80cm shelves in the kitchen above the sink. • Install a TV bracket onto the wall and securely mount the TV onto the bracket. Please only apply if you have experience with these types of installations and are comfortable working at height. A suitable tall step ladder/platform and appropriate tools will be required for the high-up work.

Hello Looking for someone good at putting flat pack furniture together - make up table with 9 small draws, bedside table, small chest of draws, double bed with below storage, shoe cabinet, bathroom accessories - towel ring, shower shelf, towel rack, toilet brush holder (drilling into tiles is required), swap the door of a bathroom cabinet to the other side and hang it on the wall (tiles), putting paintings on the walls and 4 heavy mirrors on the wall (we can help with that), a few cupboard door knobs to attach, affix 1 blind and notice board in the office, 5 hooks on the back of the doors, mount the tv on the wall.
