We have a pub in Fulham called the rose. We have a projector and a pull down screen - the pull down screen has become loose due the weight and poor repair of the ceiling fixing - we would like the screen secured back properly so it’s safe. We have taken down the screen - ready for it to go back back - we have brackets - you will need ceiling repair parts and plugs etc

please could someone come and assemble two computer chairs and fix the lock of two doors, one for a bathroom and one for a meeting room

Water flowing out from under kitchen sink. Quooker tap also now no longer turning on. It looks as though seal and pipes have come loose from under the sink. Needs fixing

Kitchen cupboard doors come off - needs reattaching and securing.

Install two blinds on windows. Needs step ladder that we have.

Looking for a handyman / repair person to help with a few small jobs in our office. Tasks: - Remove film from the glass/window - Unscrew and remove acrylic shelves - Remove 4 silver hooks attached with double-sided tape, then make good / fill the marks underneath - The holes/marks underneath after removing the wall letters will need to be filled and made good - There may also be a few small chips / minor imperfections around the perimeter that need touching up This is a small repair / making-good job, and we would like the wall left neat and presentable afterwards. Please bring your own tools and materials for filling / patching if possible.

the 2 battens need to be squared in the light well so that horizontal blinds can be fitted. The light well is not quite "squared" and so the battens will need to be made to measure

We had work done in the ceiling to repair a leaking pipe. There is now hole in the ceiling boards that needs to be repairs and painted.

Old toilet seat is removed but 2 rusty screws underneath I cannot remove due to tight space and anxiety/balance issues I have. Short job bit needs someone with the right tools and determination (and gloves). New toilet seat with screws is ready.

We need the door sanding down and the door handle to be fixed.
