We are looking to have some wall damage (a small hole and multiple scrapes) caused by movers repaired and painted in our hallway. We have the wall paint. Then if you have time we would like the hallway skirting and part of the stairway from the hallway repainted or touched up in white. Just fyi the carpet on the stairs will be replaced after the job is done. We estimate the job to be 3-4 hours and will be happy with what good work you can do in that amount of time.

My closet door has become loose and is difficult to open. It likely just needs the hinges/screws tightened and possibly a small adjustment to realign the door. Looking for someone to fix it quickly, should be a simple job.

I’m trying to replace a toilet seat. The nut and bolt mechanism locking it to the bowl is old and doesn’t seem to purchase when I am trying to unscrew it. It’s also awkwardly positioned on the underside of the frame meaning you need to use a box spanner to access it. I think we may need to break to nut but I’m no expert. It seems to be the same on both sides so both sides need doing.

We are moving out of our property and had two mirrors hanging which left holes from the screws in the walls. One of the mirrors is a standard mirror with standard screw holes. One of the mirrors was a large, heavy mirror so extra reinforcement was put in which has left holes in the walls.
