Have a number of tasks ongoing at my new flat - I am looking to build a good relationship with a long term handyman, not a one off job. I need a handyman who wants multiple projects and charges by the hour. Price I’ve added is for a couple of hours - can be discussed depending on the jobs and how long you’ll think they’d take.

I currently own and live in a new build property in SW17 London. The condensation in my flat is high and has resulted in damage around my window frames, occasional Mould and paint coming away from the wall. My building insurance have requested I seek a professional opinion to confirm the cause of the damage, and if this is due to a deflect or not. Hi, we have built two wardrobes but our floor is uneven and so they need to be fixed to the wall. EDIT - additional info. Our floors and walls are not level and so there’s a gap at the wall and when pushed back to the wall, a gap at the floor for one of the wardrobes. I’ve attached further images to explain this and welcome suggestions and how you would adjust it. Thanks. We’ve bought brackets, we also have a drill and a stud finder but need someone who is confident and understands where and where not to drill in our wall. Thanks Abby

When removing a painting held up by command strips, the plaster board came up with it in three places. The holes need filling before then being repainted
