I have now received a check-out report after the previous tenants have left and there are some works required - this can be shared with you. These include: painting walls and skirting boards, putting up curtains/blinds, changing lightbulbs, carbon/grease residue in the oven, residue in dishwasher, residue in washing machine, patio door curtain pole has come away, general tidying (to list some things) I can pay for any additional materials (lightbulbs, new materials, etc.)
