Need to know if anyone would be able to remove a L shaped bath panel and shower screen and install new ones. Don’t think there is a current frame behind current bath panel so may need installing behind panel too but would need investigation

Corner of curtain rail has fallen. Need fixing but wall isnt great so may need piece of wood to secure. Rest of curtain rail is up and secure. X1 drawer to a chest of drawers need fixing. X2 doors to a wardrobe need fixing. X1 large mirror to be secured to wall (lean against wall style). Chandelier that is hung to be double checked for safety as 2 kids and wouldnt want it falling on them.

- Take apart an IKEA Lomarrp tall cabinet, take it into the next bedroom and reassemble it. Taking it apart feels important as it’s currently sagging on some of the hinges and needs better assembly. If there’s an easy / time effective way to do this I’m open to it - Hang a curtain rod and pole across a 1.5m window (simple single sash window).

Hiya, just moved into a new flat and want to change the toilet seat! Looking for someone to do this in the Chelmsford area. I have the new toilet seat. I have gloves a few tools but is suspect you may need your own tools as I don’t know what you would typically need to do this.
